The new Unitus Capital headquarters in Bangalore, a 15,000 sq. ft workspace spread across multiple floors. The vision was to create a vibrant, collaborative, and human-centered office that reflects the firm’s values of transparency, inclusion, and innovation.

The design follows the theme of “Dynamic Simplicity”, combining open layouts, natural light, and warm materials to balance energy with elegance.

Meeting and boardrooms with clean geometry, acoustic design, and focused lighting.

Leadership cabins crafted with natural finishes, stone worktops, and ample daylight.

A mix of neutral tones with bright accents in blue, yellow, and grey brings visual harmony across spaces.
